Terms of Service

1. Scope of Agreement

By accessing the services of ALOSTORA SEAFOOD LTD, the client enters into a legally binding agreement. Our services involve the procurement and delivery of highly perishable marine products. All transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the nature of our products, the "Right to Cancel" under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is limited. Once an order has entered our cold-chain preparation phase, it cannot be cancelled. ALOSTORA guarantees that products leave our facility in peak condition. It is the client's responsibility to ensure a recipient is available at the delivery address to maintain the cold chain. We are not liable for spoilage due to delayed retrieval.

3. Liability & Indemnity

ALOSTORA SEAFOOD LTD maintains comprehensive public and product liability insurance. However, our liability is limited to the total value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delivery delays caused by "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to severe weather, maritime disruptions, or pandemic-related logistics failures.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including the "Aqua-Shield" branding and "Marine Insights" articles, are the exclusive intellectual property of ALOSTORA SEAFOOD LTD. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under UK copyright law.
